Terms of delivery
The terms are valid from 4 December 2024.
Delivery and handling of orders
Regarding registrations and reservation payments in other information systems, the delivery and handing orders are in the source system where the registration or reservation takes place. uMove membership fees and software sales do not have a 14-day right of cancellation and their fees are not refunded. Other information systems of payments are Finna, Sisu, ILPO, Asio and University websites.
Prices
Products are sold at the prices given on the online store website. The University of Jyväskylä reserves the right not to sell a product at a price that has been listed incorrectly in the online store because of a technical or human error. In such a case, general contractual principles will be followed. The University will be in contact with the customer before handling the order and it is possible to cancel the transaction.
