Kahvi, Rehtorin juhlavampi mokka / Coffee, Rector’s Solemn Mocha

Tämän pohjoissumatralaisen kahvin (Sumatra Gayo FTO) tasapainoista ja täyteläistä makua täydentävät yrttien ja tuoreen viikunan sävyt. Juoman jälkimaku on miellyttävän pehmeä. Kahvi tulee Acehin provinssista 1300-1500 metrin korkeudelta. Kahvilajikkeet ovat paikallisia Typica-lajikkeita kuten Ateng, Tim-tim ja S-lini. Sumatra Gayo FTO:ta on tarjottu Nobel-gaalan vieraille vuosina 2012-2016. Tämä on luomukahvia ja reilun kaupan tuote.

The balanced and rich taste of this North Sumatran coffee (Sumatra Gayo FTO) is supplemented with hints of herbs and fresh figs. The aftertaste is pleasantly smooth. The coffee comes from the province of Aceh, the height of 1300–1500 metres. The coffee is made of local Typica varieties such as Ateng, Tim-tim and S-Iini. Sumatra Gayo Fto was served to the guests of the Nobel Prize gala in 2012–2016. The coffee is organic and a fairtrade product. 

The  coffee comes from Coffea, located in Jyväskylä. One retail batch: 250g (an aroma bag).
